The first 24 workouts include a video to follow along with (click to see a sample) or you can choose the self-paced version if you prefer to move on your own schedule.
After that, the next 40 workouts progress through squats, deadlifts, and more to help you safely return to the barbell—and actually feel good doing it!
Each workout can also be broken into three smaller 10–20 minute sessions, perfect for days when time and energy are limited (because, let’s be real—new motherhood doesn’t always allow for long workouts).
With 64 progressive workouts total, you’ll build strength, restore function, and reconnect with your body step by step.

We didn’t just design these programs based on our own postpartum experiences—we built them after years of training real clients in person, working alongside pelvic floor physical therapists, and refining what actually helps women heal and feel strong again.
We’ve seen how specific movement progressions support recovery after both vaginal births and C-sections, how to heal diastasis, reduce prolapse symptoms, and safely rebuild for running, lifting, and life.
